Seat cooler
I have observed if I turn my seat's cooler on, it will cool "slightly" for few minutes (~15min) but then it will heat to a point as if I am turning the heating mode not the cooling mode
Anybody experiencing the same? Or is there a right way to use this feature such as I must turn it on minutes before I sit ..

The seat cooler is passive and only pulls cabin air through the seat via a small fan under the seat. It does not directly use air conditioned air. I have to use my imagination to feel cooler and seldom if ever use this feature. Heating work great.
I do doubt that the seat is actually heating after a few minutes. It is likely not perceived as cool after a few minutes when any humidity has been evaporated from the seat and you.
Maybe Lexus will give us active AC to the seats in the revamp in a few years.

it actually does get hot .. in one time I stopped the car got out of the seat and compared to the passenger seat (which was turned off) and could easily notice the hotter leather in my driver seat

Like the poster said, above, likely your body heat. If the electric resistance heating is coming on in the cool mode, there is a problem for sure! I just can not see it.

It is not my body heat, because if it's not turned on the seat is better not as hot as if it's turned on ... I guess the conclusion I need to ask the dealer to check

The LS 460 has replaceable air filters under the seat cushion that get dirty and restrict air flow. I don't know if other models have this feature. Worth checking it out.
Pull the seat all the way forward and up. From the front, reach under the seat, middle towards outboard side. It's mounted horizontally, round about 50% bigger than a soda can and twists off with an eighth turn ccw. It may seem impossible because it's so crowded under there.

The seat cooler in the LX works best with users with a great imagination!

Personally, I noticed a marked improvement after changing what I assume was a 5 year old filter. I would say it tends toward the subtle though. In FL heat, I'll take whatever it has to offer

I have never owned a LX for 5 years but have owned 4 of them and not one of them had seat cooling to brag about. If I lift my back off the seat back just right, I can feel a tiny bit of cooling. But hate to hold that position to feel the little bit of cooling.

Dealership replaced my "seat controller" under warranty when I complained about mine not working. Worked a little better after, but sure not anything to brag about. Now, my Audi S8 will give you frost bite.
