Hi,

I have a problem with my rear speakers. Unless I adjust the fader to almost all the way back, I can't hear the rear speakers. This is a recent problem, but the dealer and Lexus warranty are refusing to acknowledge the problem. They say the speakers can be heard if you sit near them, but that is not the way sound is supposed to work with a Mark Levinson system, it should surround you and did in the recent past. Any suggestions?
