Anyone has any information about shocks and coils lexus lx 570 is using and what are their Weight, Compressed length, and Extended length.

Over a year and no one posted an answer and there really isn't one. Here is my take based on observation and years driving these cars. Corrections welcome.

The coils are unique to the LX as they are tuned to the hydraulic height control suspension system. They would not work without the AHC which takes some of the load through the shock absorber which is more a hydraulic ram controlled by the AHC. There is no point in changing the springs with anything else unless the AHC is removed and a standard Land cruiser coil suspension is installed.

So this means the LX does not have AHC? Interesting.

I love the adjustable suspension but sometimes forget to use it. Stays on soft ride most the time but it sure performs better under driving stress in the sport mode and really applies some stiffness when required.

I do wish I could drop the chassis at highways speed. But I know Lexus knows best.

I have a PDFs file that shows how the system works. It's way more complex and advanced then the LX470. I would download but I don't know how? It's a combo of mechanical and hydraulic.

It does automaticly lower at a certain MPH.

I know it does as when I come off the highway you can sometimes feel it raise again. The point is that it is done "automatically" and does not allow for user input at speed. I know that Lexus knows what it is doing and their are time when user input could be dangerous.
