ERC4

The kids are are out of their carseats now so it's time to dust off the 2nd row headrests which I had removed. The problem is that the driver’s side headrest will not retract fully into the seat. I even tried swapping headrests- they both go fully into the passenger side seat but neither will go fully into the driver’s side seat. When I bought the truck 3 years ago both headrests were installed and were probably fully retracted. What am I missing?
