Can the 3rd owner take advantage of a CPO
I'm the third owner of a LX570. The first owner leased it for a year. Second owner owned it for a year and was purchased as a CPO. I've logged into lexus.com and have gotten all the service records which was every 3K. Both these people were **** about service.
The CarFax says it was Lexus Certified on Nov 2012. Also there is a sticker in the door jam saying the same. 3 years/100K Lexus CPO.
My question is; does this transfer over to me or was it only valid for the second owner? There is more then enough time and miles left if this transfers over to me.
I've got the CPO brochure from Lexus and no where does it state the duration except the 3 years and 100K.
