I am on the road and have no manual

How do I turn on my side view mirror defroster?

Not sure if it has one but I am normally parked in the garage but need them now and am embarrased that I can not find the control!

Actually, it is operated when you activate the rear defrost. Not like the LX470 with separate controls for each...they are not combined.
