I recently purchased an 2006 LX470 from California. I previously had a 2006 LX470 that I had purchased in Pennsylvania. I have noticed a big difference in fuel economy between the two. I'm wondering if anyone knows what extra emission things would have been added to the one from California that would make a 2 mile per gallon difference? What could be legally taken off and will a Lexus/Toyota Garage perform the work?
