Default Our Lexus LX450 overlander build up

Hi! while traveling through Venezuela, we made a stop to rebuild the Cruiser to an almost real overlander. It already is real, because we are overlanding with it, but nothing beats the right look :-)
Suspension and armouring, done by Proline, Barquisimeto.
We made a video from the whole proces and I hope you will enjoy it!
At the moment (in Colombia) we are busy making a drawer system that can also serve as "emergency" sleeping platform, we need some lights and a snorkel, and then it's about ready.

Yeah, the snorkel (and the lights) still have to be done here either... :-) And yes, we have a great trip! At the moment we are in Ecuador, at the foot of a still active volcano. If you want to see more, go to WWW.LOSERSINALEXUS.NL or YouTube channel DoubleUthings.
We love the Lexus, by the way, after our overheating problems are over. Drive fantastic, although I coul use a lot more horses in tose mountains

Nice. I like what Proline produced for you, and your 80 series is a great example of the best overland platform ever built.

Default New video

By the way, in a few weeks I will be posting a new video, about the drawer system/emergency sleeping platform we built into the Lexus.
