I wanna let u know that the bulbs will start up with a bluish white look & after awhile of burning it'll appear yellowish white. But brite as hell.

It's normal for HID bulbs to go through a "warm-up period" when first turned on.

Definitely go with 4300k if you want the brightest, and most OEM functionality. The 4300k Philips bulbs in our Xtreme HID kit w/ Philips bulbs colour shift to 4700k after approximately 100 hours of use. This means that they will have a crisper output, while still maintaining a nice bright output.

Default Additional Info?

Just came across this thread as I was searching on how to retrofit my 2006 LX. I think I have gathered most of the info needed but still had a few questions and was hoping someone here could help.

Anyone have pics for installing the TSX-R lens, where did you get the spacers?
Before/after pictures of the squirrel finder mod?
Any other install pictures would be helpful don't want to get these apart and get stuck.

Thanks

search for lenses swap u will find thread on that. i just had help from a friend and we used silicon instead if the spacer and it holds tight.
for the pics before/after there are plenty of them in here and in ih8mud forum.

it took me a good 6 hours to do everything, got stuck on few things but overall it is not hard job

Squirrel holes (or finders) are openings in the shields that are designed to illuminate road signs.

Silverbul if you want even better output you can polish the lens with Flitz and seal it with wax.
