Will 2002 2UZFE Engine work in Early 2000 Lx-470
I have an 2000 LX-470 that I need to change the motor. According to Lexus there was some type of motor modification in Mid 2000. My vehicle was produced in 03/2000. I am in the process of purchasing a used motor and want to determine if I can put a 2002 LX-470 motor in my vehicle. The local Lexus parts guy says the harness and computer are different. Do any of you know if this could be done?
