Default My built 1997 LX450

Also attached is build thread from MUD. I found Carolina Truggies after seeing a rush job he was asked to do for another client and sent my rig to them to build my rear bumper as well as assemble all the other goodies I had acquired. I am not mechanically inclined so I had everything shipped directly to them and they had at it and did a great job.

Nice job, I like what you did with the rims, they look great. I'll be picking up my mostly stock LX450 this weekend, weather permitting, in Colorado then driving it back home (Maryland). I look forward to having several mods done to it in the coming months. Cheers.

Awesome. Let me know if you need any parts as I also have one in Sonoma CA at a place called MUDRAK I turned into a LEXOTA!! I took all the LX450 flaring off and replaced the LX450 in rear with Land Cruiser and the front Lexus emblem with TOYOTA set up. I purchased a 1997 Land Cruiser that was in an accident and it had 100k miles and a Super Charger as well as front/center/rear locking differentials. I sent my LX450 to MUDRAK and had him swap out all the engine, tranny, tcase, differential axles plus the of roading hardware to mine. So I have all the LX cladding, my old engine, tcase and tranny and miscellaneous parts available if the need aries.

Wow, that was a great deal of work, but the end product is impressive. My LX450 is a low mileage truck, so hopefully I won't be needing anything for a long, long time....Did the spare on these trucks come with a regular full sized rim, just like the other four? If you're parting out the interior, I might want some things though. Take care.

Not much action in the LX450 world here I see. I hope for allot of snow so I can once again be the only one able to go through anything on the roads this winter. Well, besides the plow trucks
