Left side Fog Light out. Crawled under the front bumper and can plainly see the LOCK-OPEN arrows. The back of the light turns in each direction, but doesn't seem to achieve a position where it can be removed. Is there a trick to this? Don't want to muscle it too much, or use a tool that may break the plastic vanes that are used to get a grip. Am I not turning it far enough?

Can be a bit sticky. Plastic tabs are made very tight. Turns only about 30 degrees, maybe a bit less.

Thanks, the right side fog light releases fine once it's turned. The left, not so. It's hard to get a grip on the part given it's location. Will keep at it.
