Electrical malfunctions

Someone please help! My driver side window/lock control panel isn't working and now when I turn my key off, the map and radio are staying on with No key in the ignition and doors opened. Usually cuts off when door is opened. What's going on? Please send me any ideas.

His vehicle is a 2004 LX470 BTW. And this should be in the LX470 forum, not the site suggestions forum.

Did you go through all of the fuses? Do a search first to see if anybody else has this problem...
