Will 06 grill fit on an 04?

I noticed that the grill was updated in 2006. Has anyone made an update to an older grill?

IIRC, according to Landcruiser magazine, all LX470 made after Aug 2002 (i.e., '03+ model year) should fit the new front grille. Ditto with headlights, wheel, center wheel caps. Tail lights on the 06 are LED, so you need to add a resistor to trick the ECU into thinking it's a conventional lightbulb. Otherwise, it'll think you'll blinker has burned out and blink fast.

Thanks. Looked like it would....now where can I find a like new 06 grille? Seeing them side by side, the 06 does look better. I'm updating the headlights, adding corner turns on the side view mirrors....think the grille will also replace the one I have that has a few too many rock and bug areas.

Found 2007 Grille. Replaced to exact bolt holes. Really updated the front in. Cheap huge upgrade. Found it for $234 (Stealer wanted $355).

No. Factory Griller from Lexua dealer. Best price I found was Lexus of Roseville CA. Speak to Matt.

I got an 06 grill on my 02. Took a bit of work and had to replace the surrounds under the lights, but it was worth it. The new grill totally updated the truck.
