99 LX470 Rear bumper
Live in SF Bay Area- Was sideswiped (hit/run) on driver's side, rear panel, rear door and bumper, rear lights- $5000 repair bill- insurance covered w/$500deductible, which I will not pay until repairs are sorted. Rear bumper is not properly attached. Body shop says it is. Went to local Lexus dealer (they don't do body work) and looked at 2000 LX470 bumper- definitely something is wrong w/the repair of my rear bumper. Thoughts?

i agree with jim. post pics of fixed bumper so we can chime in on solution or simply take it back to the body shop and tell them it is not and tell them to go to the lexus dealer with you to see how it is fit correctly. btw, how much was the total cost of the repair?
