Default 2004 LX470 Plug for Tow Kit. Check out my pics and please help :)

I have the tow kit but I took off the towing part since I hardly use it and it looks a lot better without it on there.

I would LOVE to find a plug to put in there that has the "L" logo but if I cant I would settle for some sort of plug for that location as it looks unfinished opened like that.

Any ideas where I could find something like I am looking for? And what would the actual wording be for that kind of part? So I could do my own research through google if you guys dont know where to find what I am looking for.

Have you tried going to the dealership? I'm pretty sure they have a replacement part for that, that you might have to get repainted.

First of all, you will need to unscrew the bolts that hold the hitch adapter.

You can then purchase a snap in cover from www.lexus-parts.com. I have a 2004 LX and have to remove the hitch adapter in order to snap the cover into place.

Hope that helps!

Are you looking for something like this? It's called a Hitch Cover. I used google to find it. Search "Lexus Hitch Cover".

Just in case, if you haven't already done so, here is the cover for the rear of the white LX: http://www.sewellpartsonline.com/par...d=118816&all=Yhttp://www.sewellpartsonline.com/par...d=118816&all=Y

Be mindful, our URL has now changed from lexus-parts.com to sewellpartsonline.com
