LX470 - how to replace tail light bulb ?
I have a 2000 LX and both of the bottom red lights on the passenger side are out (the ones that are always on when the headlights are on, both the one that is in the liftgate and the one that is more at the actual corner of the vehicle). I think I have the right replacement bulbs, but can anyone help me by explaining how to get access to the bulb area?
Thanks!
Thanks!

well for the corner light that is attached to the body of the vehicle, there are 2 screws that you see once you open the tailgate on the side. remove those 2 screws and then the assembly. you might need a little force, but dont worry nothing will break. for the one on the tailgate, you need to lift up the carpet trim. it is just clipped on. get your fingers under the carpet and slowly lift up to disengage the clip.
the bulb sizes are the dual filament 7443 for both bulbs.
good luck.
