Hello all, my first post here, (most of my posts are in the GS400 section). As the proud owner of a '99 GS400 and a '00 LX470, I am seeking the help of knowledgeable Lexus LX470 owners everywhere. Obviously, we own the best truck on the road. Most of the driving I do is on the highway, and I need help in finding the best solution to limiting Body-Roll as much as possible without sacrificing too much of the Lexus ride quality. Any help is appreciated. Basically I thought I would try some aftermarket sway bars. Let me know what you all think I should do. My truck is totally stock, mechanically, and so are the wheels/tires.

Default I'm in the same situation but magnified!

Body sway was always a problem with the 80 series land cruiser, it's not supposed to be nearly as bad with the 100 series such as yours. I've heard all types of things, new tires, installing land cruisr shocks, aftre market shocks, all types of things, I would say talk to your lex deaerl or technician, it's not an uncommon problem.

Default NOT a problem

I live in Northern Idaho and use my car mountain driving for ski trips etc. To have absolutely no sway in my LX 470. When driving on mountain roads, going from turn to turn I limit the sway by setting the ride from "Comfort to Sport," works GREAT. Almost as good as my Porsche. ;-)
