This guy at my store has some nice rims on his Tahoe, they have Toyo tires on them and he got them for 1200 with tires on and a spare, is toyo any good?

If they are the tires designed for trucks and SUVs they should be good. I have friends with Toyo FZ4s on their cars and they work great. Lots of tread life and good traction in dry, wet, and even snow.
