Default Our new 17 LX570

We finally pulled the trigger on an LX. We have liked the new body-style that came out last year and have been wanting one since. We wanted one in nightfall mica blue paint with cabernet interior. Apparently this is not a build for the Southeastern region. My dealer located exactly what we wanted up in New York and had it shipped down. The car just arrived at our dealer last night and we will go pick it up tomorrow. This is replacing my wife's 14 Maserati Quattroporte. We are pretty excited, I will be sure to post more pics after we bring her home but for now here are a few our salesman sent us along with one of what the LX will be replacing.

The color is very nice indeed. Never seen this color in the flesh before.

Congrats and ENJOY!

When I decided to buy a '17 LX570, I tried to find a nightfall mica with a parchment interior. I couldn't find one anywhere in my part of the country. So I guess it too is not a build for the southeast/lower midwest.

Picked up the LX yesterday. What a great vehicle. So much space and it is so comfortable. One question I have is in regards to the heads up display. I have adjusted it so that its in my view of sight, but it appears to be tilted off centered, to the right. Is this the way they are suppose to be, or should it be portrayed directly in front of me? I will post pics in the coming week as it has been very overcast and rainy all day.

Had the windows tinted today. Here are a couple more photos. When I have time, sunny outside and the car is clean, I will take better photos to post here. So far so good!

..That is awesome....It seems like you also have a '13-'16 LX570 as well

the Hybrids is actually helping the LX in term of MPG....

We Traded the 2015 LX570 for the 2017 LX570. We drive the Hybrids as daily drivers and the LX on weekends only. We put maybe 50 miles a week on the LX except for an occasional road trip.

Now that we have had our new LX for almost two weeks, I have a quick question regarding the brakes. I feel as if there is constant brake pedal pressure change while my foot is on the pedal. I can feel (and hear?) a purging/pressure change through the brake pedal. I regularly find myself creeping up on the car in front of me while at a stop light, as if the brake pressure I am applying with my foot becomes inadequate, causing the vehicle to move. One point today, it even acted a bit funny when I applied the brakes, as if the engine was still revving. Anyone else experience anything like any of these traits? Not sure if this is just the way LX's are, or if I should be taking ours in to get checked out. Other than the brake concern, we are loving the LX. Clear bra was installed on Monday, tint last week and we now have 500 miles racked up already.
