Hi everyone, am new to this forum so pardon me if my question seems old. I just got a 2009 570 with rear entertainment , It opens and closes on command when prompted from the front screen and when i use the remote control, it also tilts at various angles but thats all i get from it. it is completely blank. No display whatsoever just tilts , opens and closes. I have a dvd loaded in front. its a mark levinson system the dvd plays fine on the dash screen when i put the parking brakes on but the rear screen remains blank i would call it dead if not for the fact that it opens and closes can someone please tell me what could be wrong. Worst case, or test purpose: lower the screen suv running normally. Sit in the backseat, point remote, (put in new batteries) and hit power.

That should work - the rest is in the manual!
