Default I got this after replacing a flat tire!!

Dear lx'ers,

There appears to be a mystery. This morning I was on my way to my lx to start it and head to office. I noticed a flat tire in the rear left so naturally I changed my suite and changed the flat tire to the spare. When I was ready to go to work, I started the car and got the below "check VSC system" error and flashing "4LO" indicator!! and as well the engine indicator!!? note that I drove the car almost 20km with no issues and didnt notice any abnormalities .. I also switched off and on again but same issue persists

Some facts that might contribute to this issue:-
- when I changed the spare, I didn't put the flat tire in the bottom hinge (place where the spare tire normally is stored in LX) rather I kept it in the trunk in preparation to send it to the store for fixing.
- I also had to start the car on and put it to Hi mode in AHC because there was this small rock in ground exactly at bottom of the spare that will prevent me from getting the spare out so I had to elevate the car slightly

Now the VSC, 4LO indiators plus the engine one are flashing which is really bothering .. i might visit the dealer tomorow but thought of asking here should anyone has experienced this before

Try disconnecting the battery and see if it persists.

Good time to use and OBDII bluetooth (Android) or Wifi (iOS) tool, if you have one. Or, good time to buy one off Amazon.
