If the kit does not come with the light fixtures and housing ,that means only the 2013 lights can be switched without changing the whole bumper assembly?
Just order a 2013 housing and plug and play on the 2011?

I'm still trying to figure out if I can just replace my 2011 housing with the 2013 housing . If I can , I might just leave the old 2011 bumper on. It's just the LEDs that I really want.

Me too. I really really want the LEDs. Please let us know if it works out for you. If I have to buy the entire bumper and grille, I will too. You're right, this forum is too dead. No one in here.

I remember when the LX first ca,e out, this place was popping!

Guess the LX is old hat now, does not matter as I love mine.

Not old but it is just too damn expensive so not many can afford it. I want one but at $90k it is little too much.

I can't justify trading our '08 for a '13, so I'd like to know if the lights can be adapted to fit the older model. I'd do it in a heartbeat if so.

Not hearing back from the OP for two months is not a good sign.

There are some 3rd party suppliers who offer LED light kits if you search on Google.

I only got 5000 miles on my new 2011 and will wait till the 2014 in hopes for a few more changes. I look inside of the 2013 and it is exactly like mine.

Place has been dead for a long long time. On a positive note, this place at least has a pulse, a faint one at that but a pulse whereas Lexus Owners club is just dead.
