Default Is it normal to feel the LX 570 idle?

I have been looking at a couple of 2008 LX 570s with under 20k miles. I have noticed that unlike my LX 470, I can tell that the LX 570 is running. The 470 was so still that occasionally you end up cranking running motor. I can feel a slight vibration in the wheel and in the seat in park. Is this to be expected?

I am surprised that no owner is here to comment on what they feel in their LX 570. Can you feel the engine at all when idling?

I can hear the engine when I start it, but I don't recall a vibration. I'll check when I get back home this afternoon though.

I cannot feel the engine on if the fan/AC is not on. Not sure how it is in last Gen LX470 before.

My car has 3000 miles on it.
Yes, I can feel a slight vibration in the seat in park.
So I guess its common.
Plus the dash seems to be noisy! overall its not the perfect car.

My car has 65000 Km on it. I feel slight vibration as well. If it's any comfort, it's about the same amount of vibration as when it was new.

My dash doesn't vibrate, though. It just creaks when I touch it, as when I touch the screen. So, LX570Power, you may want to have the dealer tighten the dash for you. Or perhaps you're having too much vibration, engine timing adjustment possibly?

I owned three LX470 units prior to my new 2008 LX570 and I was, like you, used to silky smoothness. When I first got out of my 470 into the 570 I noticed it was NOT quite as "refined as the 470. More brute force rather than finesse. BUT, that feeling goes away rather quickly as the LX570 became my favorite quickly. The 470 was so refined that it was hard to ruffle it feathers, the LX570 is more of a BRUTE to me will all the luxury I could require.

I could feel the engine, but I did not mind!
