Ebay fraud
All,
It looks like someone is using my pics and possibly the info I posted for free on CL to make money on EBAY. I reported the use of my pictures to EBAY already. $44.99 hmmmm. I could have made money on the info? Sad very very sad that someone would do this.

Got to give it to him, he's got an entrepreneurial attitude. Selling something that you can find for free on the web, now there's an idea. Maybe I should try that, but with my own pics! He's been offering the same bypass solution for other makes as well. Check out what one buyer had to say and his response. LMAO Just the kind of guy I would want to buy from.
copied a web page on bypass and left out critial steps. refused partial refund vpenterprises ( 1233) Dec-27-08 17:08

Nothing is surprising on eBay anymore. I have had my images copied and use in other auctions on three occasions. eBay will remove them if you can prove they are yours with out a problem.
I still use eBay but it is getting to be a very scarely place for anyone who does not know what they are doing. I guess it is a sign of the time and out New Economy.
For kicks I listed a new MacBook Pro 15" I had to sell on Craigslist and it sold in only two days! No eBay or PayPal fees! I was impressed and will be giving them a try again!

I use Craig'sList quite a bit and have successfully sold not only cars, but furniture, dryer, grill, motorcycle gear you name it- all gone within a matter of days. It's great, but there are scammers on their too.

On another note - isn't it against fleabay policies to request specific feedback from customers? And if someone did buy it from him and the instructions are incomplete/non-working, they should go through USPS to get their money back - I'm sure they'd love to bust someone for postal fraud.
Big Mack
PS: I agree with you, though. It sucks that people will lie and steal to make money, especially when you're the one they're stealing from.
