current GX owner thinking of upgrade to LX...

Question:

Is the LX570 based on the Sequoia 2008 or the Land Cruiser 2008? I remember reading a thread sometime last year that the new LX was going to based on the Sequoia instead of the Land Cruiser?

It is based on the TLC200, NOT Sequoia. The question is...is the TLC200 and LX570 based on the Sequoia??

- I stand corrected... So I guess with the LX570 flying out the door and orders a backed up until August '08 for some dealers, it really doesn't matter...

LC 200/LX570 - I believe share a frame independent of all other Toyota models. The SQ/Tundra share a different frame and the GX470/LC Prado/4-Runner/FJ Cruiser/Hilux use yet another frame.
