Default LX570 Question

In the press releases and the photos from the New York autoshow the LX570 was to offer bubinga wood trim and i havent seen it in a production version yet is it available or not.

That is an interesting question, I looked on Lexus.com and it lists walnut only...perhaps a later option?

On Lexus.ca under options it appears that the Lexus Lx570 is available with the bubinga wood trim as part of a $10,000 option.

I also wonder what happened to the Bubinga wood !!
Maybe it was an overkill by Lexus marketing machine.

Yeah, I wonder when it will show up in the US? Or maybe it's not listed on the Lexus US main website but in allocations etc?

Anyone got a URL to an image of this Bubinga Wood? Just interested in what it looks like.

Good morning Greg.
I have not seen Bubinga in any US brochure or in any where else.

This could possibly be the same type of Bubinga wood that Lexus uses.

I like it.

I have seen it. Nothing special. The walnut trim is pretty decent so I not sure if bubinga is worth. I probably would not of noticed it if someone hadn't pointed it out.

Lots of time, options make it to the first brochure prints and then they are revised and options are deleted for the follow up prints.

My salesman told me "no bubinga wood", only walnut. I am disappointed, I am a bit of a wood freak. Why would they send bubinga to Canada and not the US?
