I'm buying a landcruiser is it too much trouble
I'm buying my sis in law Landcruiser for 1k dollar . It has a clicking noise while she makes a turn. I also ask if there was any rust on being it's from Michigan . She said very little the size of a dime by the door . I really didn't want to ask her a million questions being it's for 1k dollar. It's got 118k miles on it . I have a few question ,first question is . The 92 that came with fender flare is this a common option on a base model truck. I know this isn't a lx470 but I know it shares similar traits . I didn't want to join the Landcruiser forum just to ask questions . Does anyone here have any info on this ?The 92 also came with a 4.0 liter forklift motor with a bus transmission ? Is this truck reliable . I had a cousin that own a 96 I believe and he drove it for years but sold it. I'm aware these two truck didn't share the same drive train so I didn't want to ask him. Any input would help.

Hey so the clicking noise when it turns is just the CV axle. Needs Replacement. Call cruiserparts.net 603-847-9400 All Lexus lx and landcruiser parts at the best prices. and 118k miles is only a quarter of its engine life. Usually lasts around 400-500k miles. Excellent vehicle. I have the 97 Landcruiser which still has solid front and rear axles. known as the 80 series the one you are looking at is the 100 series. Around 80k brand new so a thousand bucks is a great price. Truck is the best suv built very reliable. And can go almost anywhere.
