Default New 'Eyes' for 450lx

Hi, I am looking to get some updated headlights for my 450LX- any suggestions?
Looking for an HID/angel eye look.

Hi, check out the retro I did on my ES in my signature. You can pick up a nice set of OEM projectors for about 40-50 bucks, and the Opt7 kit runs 100 dollars and is plug and play on the factory bulb connectors and will be easier to install than aftermarket HID and no high voltage. I bought my LX last month, transferred the 9005 kit, and got H11s for the fogs. I am running the factory D4S Xenon plus the Opt7 LED kits in the high beams and fogs.

Don't forget the projector shrouds to really complete the look!

Regarding the assemblies, depending on how far hazed yours have become, you can either retrofit them into fresh clear assemblies or retrofit into the existing ones you have, polishing the interior/exterior of the lens, and seal with wax or clear vinyl.

These are the only LX 450 headlights I could find on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LX450-1996-1...ZU7WM4&vxp=mtr but you will be able to do a retrofit for less money and a good factory projector will be of much higher quality than the often plastic ones supplied with these aftermarket headlights.

Thanks! If you do end up doing the retro, please post some pics. I would also research on hidplanet.com , the forums there are filled with people who have done retros in all kinds of cars and there are step by step guides. Basically, you bake the assembly at a low temperature (~200-250F) so you can soften the glue holding it together to separate the outer cover and this will allow you to clean, buff and access the interior and exterior of the clear cover, then dremel from behind space for the projector. You could possibly also skip the baking part and just dremel it out from the rear though.

Here's someone who did it on a 3rd gen ES with the reflector headlights:
