Timing belt Gurus

Ok timing belt change with water pump on 03 lx470. I lined up the timing belt marks with the crank and L and R cam gears. Rotated the engine twice to make sure no noise was present. Now the marks line up with the vertical lines behind the gears but not the marks on the gear and also when the marks are lined up the balancer is not at 0.
Suggestions Please
