Hey,
Easy, just pop off the 4 covers on each corner. Then you need a torx socket and remove 8 torx nuts. Done
Now, you will need to seal up the 8 holes.. and get the cover inserts for the trim.

roof rack cover/inserts?
Does anyone know what these cover inserts are? I want to remove my roof rack, but the lexus dealer says there is no such thing as an insert or cover?

Just don't take off the roofrack.
The covers as Toylexmods puts it nicely are to trim your roof.
These covers, you don't have. You will have to buy them, and if not separetely, you will have to buy anLX 470 with no roofrack on it, because they come with covers.
