Default 99 LX470 Brake Pedal Pressure

Hi All,

I have had my 99LX for 13 years. I have always had issues with the brakes, specifically the amount of pressure needed to push the pedal. It requires a fair amount of pressure but if you press and almost completely release the brake pedal and immediacy press it again, it seems the pedal is higher and doesn't require as much pressure.

I took it to 2 different Lexus Dealers when it was still under warranty and they told me that was normal for the LX. I've had many, many other cars including (2) GS', (2)RXs etc.and have never had this feeling. In its life with me, it has had new pads, new fluid, new rotors, bearing repacked, etc.

Anyone else have this issue or should I start replacing hydraulics?
