I have a 1999 LX470 with 320,000 miles and still running great. Just in the last 2 years have had to replace maintenance items. The biggest item and most expensive has been the master cylinder, otherwise just things you expect with this kind of mileage. I thought turning 400,000 would be this great accomplishment and a testimony to my diligent effort on oil changes etc. I then read that there are lexus vehicles with 500,000 plus miles so my challenge continues. I have a 9 year old grandson that I think would love this car in another 7 years ... Maybe with 600,000 miles !!!
