Default Miss fire

I have a 02 LX470 with 178K that i have owned for 10 years. About a week ago it started miss firing (never had this problem). I ran premium gas and injector cleaner through it. Still having the same problem. Put another tank in with some Heet to make sure there was no moisture in the gas. That tank is still not done. After a few days of running poorly the ck. engine light came on along with a few other lights. I checked the code through the computer. I got cylinder 1 miss firing. The plugs were original equipment. I replace them and I am still having the same problem. Just like before the missing is only noticeable during the first 5-10 minutes of running and after that it runs well. Could it be a coil pack? What else could it be? Advice would be appreciated. Thx

I have 98 with 285k miles on it... i had the miss fire problem... turned out a coil have went bad... they are expansive about $89 a coil if you buy oem... i took my chance and ordered set of 8 coils from eBay for $120 for all 8. Replaced them... drove 10k miles on them soo far knock the wood no problems. .

1 was misfiring so I moved the coil pack to 3. The problem followed so I replace the coil pack. Problem solved and LX is running like new. Love this vehicle.
