Default Thinking of buying '99 LX with 150k miles

I am a two time Land Cruiser owner and have been wanting to get rid of my 1 owner GS300 for an LX. I'm looking at a '99 LX with all service records (including AHC and timing belt) with 150k miles. I've talked the owner down from $11.5k to $9k.

Any concerns about that price for the miles? I bought my GS off the lot in 2000 and have had zero problems. I'm curious as to your thoughts. I know LCs are indestructible when maintained, just looking for some input here. This would be a daily driver. I am just curious as I have not owned another car since I bought my GS almost 13 years ago.

9K seems fair, any pics for us to see? These cars are robust, but they will have all the same issues as any other car such as suspension components, hoses, belts, ect. I have a 2000 with 130K and have done a thermostat, fan clutch and have rebuilt the sway bars. So far I love it except for the cracked manifolds that make noise for a few minutes when it's cold.
