I can feel the vehicle at idle unlike the usual LX470 feel when you can't tell if the engine is running or not. Before I get taken by some BS dealer service advice I came here. What should I have checked/done to make my LX470 purr again?

Could be numerous reasons. Check for the simplest things first:
- scan for error codes
- check the plugs
- drive off the current gas in the tank, top off with a (hopefully) good quality gas

If still experiencing the rough idle... take it to the place you trust for further investigation.
