I finally join the club with the recent purchase of a 2003 LX470. It's equipped with 6disc DVD changers in the center console as well as a DVD player in the right rear on the 3rd row. I have two questions:
1. Can I view the DVD content from the front DVD changers on the rear DVD display? If yes, please show me how.
2. I can view the DVD content on the rear display from the rear single DVD player but I get no sound on the main sound system. In fact, I got no sound at all. Does the sound for the rear DVD player only come on the headphones? If not, please educate me.

I can only tell you how it is on my 2006 LX.. My dvd player is after market and the dvd disc can only be read by the dvd player which is on the ceiling on the 2nd row. The cd changer that is in the front row between both driver/passenger chairs are only for music cds.

You can use the wireless headsets or you can use the radio station to hear it on the vehicle speakers but you have to tune it to the right station. Mine was set to 89.1 FM but yours could be set to another station. You will need to go thru the manual and see what the various stations there are for your setup and see which station it is set to.

On mine I could put it in the 6 disc CD changer and it would be heard throughtout the cars speakeres, but not seen on the NAV/DASH screen.
