Horn is not working!!
Folks,
I just purchased a 2000 Lx 470.. "OMG". Now, i clearly understand why people are soooo fanatical about this make.
Anyway, I have a slight problem, my horn doesn't work. Fuse number 12 is not the culprit.
Where else should I look

My horn was working fine until I had some front end suspension work performed. My mechanic thinks I'm crazy to think it's related, it worked fine when I dropped it off and did not work when I picked it up..
Any way I'm interested in " I had to replace the cable sub-assy..part # 84306-60050", as well

Check the wiring to the horn - under the hood in front of the radiator. The thin wires are easily damage while doing work near them.
The part number you listed is for the Spiral Cable Sub Assembly. It is located in the steering column.
