1999 lx470 still bouncy

I have a 1999 lx470, after I bleed ahc twice, the ride is still bouncy. Do anyone have any suggestion, or do they make after market spring for lx470.

I'm guessing your accumulators (the globe at each wheel) are bad.

is it hard to replace, do I have to to replace all 4 or just the back.
