I had an issue with my 02 Levinson radio unit. Everywhere I called (dealers) was about $500 for a refurbished unit. I found him using www.automotix.com and he was selling a brand new unit for $350. He evidently specializes in stereo components for Toyota and Lexus vehicles.

The best part for me was that after talking with him for a while, he suspected that my radio's defect was just a circuit board behind the faceplate. So he ordered a new board for me directly from Pioneer (who makes the Factory ML head unit) and I repaired it myself in about 20 minutes.

I'm not sure what issue you are having with your radio so I can't say you'll have the same experience as me, but it's worth getting a hold of this guy to find out. I don't have his phone number handy but you should e-mail him and get his phone number. Good luck.

Still looking? I have one - 100% perfect functionality, cosmetically 100% clean... we pulled it to replace the system with in-dash NAV / DVD unit. I have two headrests (front seats/ grey) as well.
