Dvd Changer To Play On Headrest Monitors

I know there is most likely a thread out there regarding this, but I do not want to search. I am trying to have two vizualogic headrest monitors installed in my '06 LX and have the video source com from my factory CD/DVD changer. Nobody will do it. Does anyone know of a harness out there that will allow this? Or any other options that would allow this to happen.

KLTEXNW: After I stop laughing at everyone else, the answer is maybe. The UVITA! fits 2001-05 Toyota/Lexus its a video input interface. This should work for youand it's made by SCOSCHE.
