Bluetooth Phone
I have really just about given up on Lexus fixing my phone. NO, I will not turn off the d$#@ AC when using phone. For the cost of the car this is just ridiculous (Toyota you listening?). Besides it is useless when AC is off also.
Anybody have a cure for this pain in the ****??

Come on, we are not mind readers. We understand you sound frustrated, but you need to give us information.
Can you give us the year of your car, and some specifics of the problem.

First world problems.
In regard to phones I have pared two LGs and they worked great better then my previous BMW which was a pain. The Apple 5S that I have now is even better.
From my experience with my former BMW some phones work better then others.
I highly suggest pairing a friends phone of different make before you blame the car.

I completely agree with greg3852, your frustration with whatever the problem is, and corporate, is the only thing made clear in this post. It's quite possible that depending on the answers to his questions (year of the car and make/model of the phone coupled with details of the problem) that it may not be something Lexus/Toyota can fix or is even responsible for.

Whenever there's a phone problem. I remove the battery for 1 minute. This usually clears the phone problem. Next I'd delete the phone from the car's bluetooth. Restart the car and pair the bluetooth connection from scratch. You shouldn't have to delete any phonebook entries in the car.

If you mean 5S then that's exactly what I have paired to my 2011. I have absolutely no issues and its its the clearest phone I have paired. You should pair a different phone to your car and see if you have the same issue if not I would suspect a faulty phone.

I have an iPhone 6 paired to mine with no problems.
You say they are telling you to turn the AC down, have you tried readjusting the AC vents around the driver perhaps? Could be that one of them is blowing air right at the microphone. In our Sedona the car automatically turns the AC fan down when the phone is in use. Pretty my clever.
Have you/they tried adjusting the microphone volume? It's driver adjustable in my 2015. Not sure about the older 460s.
This is one of those things where you need to participate in the solution a little IMHO. If you aren't willing to try things and just want the dealer t mo "fix it" I'm not sure there's anything we or the dealer can do for you.

Not knowing the OP issues, I have to say I use an iPhone 5S with no apparent issues in my 2008. I would highly recommend trying to connect a different phone or getting a second opinion from someone else.

I'm not saying there isn't a problem but the way the OP is going about effective communication has a lot to be desired.
I think some people think this is a reporting rating website.

Some people don't want to be satisfied. In order to be satisfied you have to WANT to be.
