I can remember as a kid places used to advertise reupholstering car seats, but in those days most Americam cars had fabric bench seats. I don't even know if those fabric bench seats even exist any more. You might have a hard time finding a shop to do it. I'd be interested to know if you did find someone.

You can order the fitted leather from any Lexus dealer or go to an auto upholstery shop for custom work. Both pretty pricey. If you live in S Cali. Mexico is a possibility for affordable seats. Dr Vinyl franchise in the USA can install new leather for you, they may even have cheap sources.

The upholstery shop can do a good job and save you money. They repaired the worn drivers side leather seat in a Cadillac I had. I could barely tell the difference.

Check with your local new car dealerships. They generally have a source to replace cloth seats with leather. Around here the going dealership rate is around $1000 for front and back leather.

Check your local wreckers for a set. Otherwise, as noted by others, a good upholsterer will be able to repair worn or ripped leather I saw it done on a TV show where they patched in a piece of leather and you could not tell the difference. If the leather is black, it'll be that much less noticeable.
