Default yellow brakes?

Friend is looking at an es 350 and saw "yellow brakes - service recommended- declined by customer" in the record history posted on lexus.com. Seems to me that it could be the warning light from the dasboard that indicate a faulty brake light bulb but I am not sure. Called local lexus dealer but they didn't know what it was. Does anyone know what it could be?

Problem solved. I called a differnent dealer and was told that it's a code describing a service level.
