Please help!!! I bought a Pre owned certified Lexus in October 2014. When we purchased it there were reference lines for my rear camera. I took my car in for 60K service to Park Place Lexus and when I went and picked it up all my memory was gone. They explained it that the battery was unplugged during service which is routine. After picking up my car I noticed the reference lines are now gone. I returned my car to Lexus and they've had it for a week and researched and now they say my car model never had these lines on the camera. They refuse to fix my car. Does anyone have a 2010 LS460L with the reference lines? How would these lines have vanished?

May not help, but on my 2015 LS there is a setting for the reference lines in the system's menus, there are two setups, or no lines.

Maybe you have to turn on the APGS (Advanced Parking Guidance System) pre support system. Should be the button on the left of the steering wheel just under the HOLD button.

I had a 2008 and 2012 and neither of them had reference lines on the screen when you were reversing. In addition I don't think there were any user changeable settings that allowed you to turn them on or off.

I now have a 2014 and that car has reference lines.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I will find out if they may have tried these different ways. They have told me my year and model never had the reference lines not till a later model. I've had my car almost a year and I and everyone who's been in my car know these lines were there. What makes me so upset is that the Supervisor in service thinks he knows my car better than I do. I am my cars only driver.
