$15,000.00 would be a good price if there are no major problems. I would have the car checked out by a dealer before purchasing.
I would rather have this:

Long as the maintenance has been on point and you know should an issue pop up down the road you are prepared, the cost may not be cheap one or what you are accustomed to paying for maintaining a vehicle. My SWB before it was totaled had over 149K on the clock and she ran great! I just replaced the water pump that had a super slow leak but I could smell antifreeze after turning the car off entering the house so had replaced. I'm with the others 15K would be my offer for the car.

I'll go as far as to say that if you can't write a check $2K-$3K in repairs without blinking, you really shouldn't even consider a used high-end luxury car that is out of warranty.

+1

even "standard maintenance" on these cars isn't cheap. I got a deal yesterday for the 30K service and it still is costing me $450+

Here is an awesome option...

http://www.offleaseonly.com/used-car...fx75021193.htm

miles are more attractive, and you can always get a warranty through these people.
