I noticed that the door speakers in my car only put out low frequencies. Most of the mids and highs come from the dash. Is something wrong with my system or is this the way it should work.
It's the same, surround or not.

System sounds good, but when sitting in the back it is noticeably lower then the front.

Hope someone chimes in, otherwise I'll have to visit the dealer and test out another LS.

This is normal. The door speakers are low frequency only.
