Hi Guys,

I'm about to get the OEM 19's on my LS460 refurbed and I'm not sure whether i should stick with the bright silver or go for a light to medium anthracite colour?

My LS460 is grey/smoky granite so I'm not sure if this would clash.

Look at CJITTY's rims!! He has the Smoky Granite Mica (as do I) and his wheels are that color.

I will also be refinishing my 19's this spring in this color.

Thanks petey, I couldnt find any pics of CJITTY's ride with OEM rims though (maybe I havent searched enough).

There's no doubt it looks epic with some 'spoked' anthracite rims, but I've yet to see OEM 19's repainted. (should also mention I mean the 2007 rims)

Look at my build thread in the stickys. Tons of pics with 4 sets of wheels including my 19 oems with and without spacers...look through every post in that thread and read. You'll learn a few things I promise. I left my oems stock color but I have two sets that are gunmetal including my current set so you can get an idea. Sounds like you may have seen those already. Whoa, good find right there ^^^^ ...looks a little better than I would of thought, but it still makes the wheels look smaller than they already are. If these were 20s or even 21s, I think they would look much better. Not bad though

Wow thanks Jiffypop, they actually look pretty good! I think cjitty is right tho, they do make the wheels look smaller.

I may refurb in the OEM colour for the moment and possibly look at getting these for my summer wheels
