Indeed. I neglected to mention that in my DIY. Get the resistor JUST inside the housing and then wire tie it to the other wire (hard to explain)....basically preventing the resistor from going to far in and binding the AFS headlight.

I replaced my rear light assemblies with all LED replacements from CARID. Several other members here did as well.

What can you tell us about your LED's on the bumper. Thats one i need to do next.

Which are you talking about? If you're referring to the front LED "Audi style" lights, they are available on Ebay.

Yes, What size are those and how did you wire it up. I had a set like those on my 400 wired to side markers. They didn't fit my 460 bumper.

I mounted them to my bumper and the curvature of the ends of the assemblies match almost perfectly to that of the bumper edge. I mounted them with 3M double sided tape. I wired them to the under hood fuse box on the passenger side to the wiper fuse. So, they are on anytime the engine is on...no switch. That way, they act as a set of DRL's. I've had them for nearly 3 years, and my only complaint is that after a couple of years, the lens started to yellow. No worries though as they are dirt cheap to replace. They really do look factory.

Get this. I ordered a set waited almost 2 weeks. I was sent a remote control lamp holder.

Sent the seller a message and after a week of back and forth he tells me the lights are no good and he is refunding my money. He wanted a picture than model number and tracking number. He asked resend or refund i asked for resend. Than he says they are poor quality and will refund. Geeez!

By this time i found a set on ebay for sale here in the states and already got them in my hands. I plan on installing them tomorrow.

Was that the same seller you bought them from??

No, but they're the same as the ones I ordered. There's lots of vendors on Ebay that sell them. Hope they work out for you. Keep us posted.
