Default Front plate ideas.

I only have plates in the back so the front plate mount is bare.

I don't want to remove the bracket. Probably has holes behind it , plus it can act as cushion if I ever park the car on the street.

Any cool ideas what to mount there ? Saw a few Lexus plates being sold on the Lexus site but I think it would look a bit cheap.

Not necessarily a "cool idea", but a plate from your favorite professional sports team or university.

The front plate spoils the look of the car, in my opinion. I'd just remove it and buy a couple of plastic plugs for the holes, paint them and glue them in.

Be more careful parking!

Thanks for the input. I really don't want anything in the front. But having a bare bumper in NYC. Is just asking for a scratch. I rarely park the car outside, but my gs430 got all its scars from the times we left it outside. People here are not too considerate to your vehicle.

A simple silver plate within L emblem would work.

If I don't find anything. I'll see how it looks with no bracket.

Thanks

My car came with the front plate attachment. The dealer promptly put their bright red plate with white imprint. I probably should remove it, but what the heck. Free advertising for them.

That one flew off on the way home from the dealer where I got the car.

Try this place ... I use the Lexus half-size plate. It looks good. http://www.autoattire.com/lexus.html

You can ask questions! LOL
How is speed control working without identification?

There is no option in Germany. For small cars the official plate is perhaps larger than the car. I can send you over to have something really unique

Front plate on a German Lexus LS600 where H stands for historical (an oldtimer older than 30 years) and not hybrid. Becomes true in the year 2037

I just photoshopped it. But it could be done if there were enough interest. Could be fundraiser for the site.
